The study sought to analyze and examine climate change adaptation strategies and impact on food security. Case of Bindura. In this study 80 respondents were used comprising of respondents from focus groups, key informants, and those from questionnaires. Data collections tools such as questionnaires, interviews as well as observations were used in the study to collect data. The study used mixed method research approach which was an amalgamation of qualitative and quantitative research methods. The combination of these methods was done to reduce the effect of the weaknesses of each method selected. The study showed that people have been negatively affected by climate change and that it is a reality they are living in, in Zimbabwe. The study recommends that various responsible authorities that is the government and various NGOs to address the challenges of climate change and also work on more ways to adapt to the reality Bindura is already facing. Finally, further research is recommended in order to give an analysis of the solutions to climate change and its impact on food security
